During the Corona Virus Pandemic of 2020 United Muslim Masjid has been providing essential services to the community more than ever before. This Ramadan, we are part of a team delivering hundreds of meals daily to impacted families. Our Aging with Dignity committee has been calling and visiting with our elderly to see to their wellness needs, to serve as liaisons for them with healthcare facilities and their families. Our Imams have been teaching, preaching and counseling in virtual space around the clock. United Muslim Masjid is working diligently to make sure that people are still getting the services they need, despite the circumstance. Even though the work continues, the normal financial contributions to the masjid have decreased significantly due to the stay at home orders. Your support will help us to continue to do essential work. After putting our trust in Allah, we are counting on your generous donations. To the UMM community, YOU are essential.

OUR MISSION

ABOUT OUR MASJID
United Muslim Movement, Inc (UMM) opened its first Masjid on October 11, 1994 at 810 S. 15th street in Philadelphia PA. The Masjid was filled to capacity at the first Friday prayer service. In 1995, the Masjid was expanded into 808 So. 15th street.
