Eid Mubarak! June 4, 2019 

Based on the sighting of the Int'l Moon, the last day of Ramadan is  June 4th which will be the Eid! We look forward to seeing you at the Philly in The Park Eid celebration. The location is at Cricket Field on South Concourse Drive, across from the Please Touch Museum, 4231 Avenue of the Republic, Philadelphia, PA. SEE ATTACHED MAP OF SITE. Don't forget to distribute your Zakat-ul-Fitr if you have not designated a masjid to do so on your behalf. Takbirs at the park begin at 8:30 AM and the prayer is at 9:30 AM. There will be no second prayer so please do not be late! Free food and food from vendors for purchase will be available. You are welcomed to bring your own prepared foods but grills will not be permitted. No tents will be permitted. Bring blankets, chairs and prayer rugs to accommodate yourselves. The Please Touch Museum will be free to all who attend! So visit America To Zanzibar exhibit  while there.
